Service is very poor, ugly rooms, uncaring hotel staff, unhygenic standards(bad blankets, bad quality bed sheets and smelly room. Overall rating 0.5/5 that is just for the outer look. Thus my recommendation would be never book a room in this hotel by mistake also.

hotel is in a convieneance place for our travel. rooms are basic but it is ok with the price paid and comparison with the rates in mumbai. have good vegitarian restaurents near by and also near some big shopping malls for the shopping of branded items. only problem was the heavy rains we experiance in mumbai.
