neat and compact hotel . centrally located , eassy access to taxi and hence 10-15 taxi ride to most places . good as back packer hotel or or tansit hotel. if you are only staying in hotel for sleep then this hotel is good . few good restaurants near by.

Good -Average hotel in comparision to rate
Near chaupati, n other south mumbai. delux room size is proper..

we rated the hotel as goods n average.. good in the sense of room size of deklux room. average in terms of service.. no hot water.. one of service man was too sticky n tested the patients.. the location is actually, nana chowk so the hoitel address is mis leadidng..

chaupati n marine ines are nearby.. 15-20 min walk

decent room, shame for the bathroom
clean decent rooms, plenty of staff on hand to help at all times, strong door and lock, combination safe in every room

the hotel location is fairly central (10-15 mins taxi ride to colaba which will cost you circa 150 rs) and you'll have atm, shops and restaurants within 5 mins' walk. my room was small but clean, nearly entirely occupied by a queen sized bed. what i was disappointed with was the bathroom. firstly, the 'shower' was just a tap on the wall with a drain placed under the basin, with no cabin or shower curtain, meaning every time i took a shower the whole bathroom floor stayed wet, slippery and disgusting for hours. secondly the tiling around the window was broken in many points around the window, showing nakes, dusty bits of concrete underneath. now things like these are probably standard in indian budget hotels but western tourists should be told upfront otherwise with names such as 'deluxe room' you come to expect at least basic western standards to be adhered to.
