I booked a double executive room but the one
given to us looked like a single executive
With only one chair. The Aircon could be switched
On or off. The tempreture couldn't be
controlled. It was infested with Mosquitos
However there were 2 very helpfull staff
And a young man in the Restuarant .

There was a really helpful staff at this hotel and I have to tell you that he is probably the only one person who can help you out.
The room where I stayed had all the essencial facilities, so thinking of the price, it was reasonale and acceptable.
Only the location... nobody knew where it is so every time i was coming back from somewhere, had to try a couple of times to get the driver.
Shopping Tip:
There is one of the biggest shopping mall near by. It's called Phonix. You can tell tuktuk driver and they will know it.

Hotel Caretakers are not cooperative. Didn't like to stay after paying so much.

Hotel staff were good and service was upto the required level. However, the lcation of the hotel was not good although it was very close to the airport. The room was also very small.
If you on a transit and wish to stay overnight then it may be ok.

Neat and clean hotel, but service needs to improve

Hotel is in a slightly offbeat location. Restaurant is bearable and staff very courteous except for the front office. While checking out request to check out after lunch was declined even though hotel was almost empty. And the way it was communicated, will never ever visit the hotel again.
