It was just ok kind of thing. The check in time was more than 10 minutes because the staff was not there.The prior request for single large bed has given at the time of booking however they issued me twin single bed room. Which I have not accepted then they have shifted me in another room. This process took 40 minutes.

Shuttle from airport to hotel. Large, comfortable room. Adequate buffet breakfast.

Email to hotel prior to leaving UK was dealt with by the hotel by return. I am a lone female traveller in my late 60s and it was essential that I be collected from the airport because of my late arrival. The shuttle was waiting for me with name board and I was transferred immediately in a comfortable, air-conditionned vehicle and bottled water was provided (much appreciated in the heat/humidity).

Room given by frontdesk does not fit our booking, no wift avalibale. We request change room, but no response. Whole stay cannot work and check email and no one in hotel care.
