Hotel is very comfortable and near domestic and international airport
Far from city center and shopping/ attractions,
Staff does not know very well about shopping/ attractions
Due to the intensive growth and power of the Indian economy, five star hotels are quite expensive, especially in the mega-cities like Mumbay. However what you get matches the value of money. Staff are very polite and helpful, hotel is very modern, building futuristic and the rooms quite comfortable. The rooms are like built-in cells in a huge building. Their window is a arched piece of glass, which makes building look nice from the outside and the rooms spaceous and wide from the inside. Although staff are polite and helpful, sometimes they give vage informations. When asked about good shopping centers, they made some trivial suggestions on places to go which did not meat our expectations at all. They should be a little more informed about their city.

The hotel is close to the airport and met all requirements
I spent one night at the hotel and was very satisfied with the service offered. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport. The rooms are clean and quiet, and ideal for an overnight or longer stay. The outdoor pool is a delight on a balmy evening.
The restaurant has a wide choice of food and based on my choice well prepared. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I will have no hesitation staying there again.
