Great service, beautiful hotel, comfortable room Located in busy downtown so traffic is very congested We enjoyed our stay in ITC very much as they offer great hospitality and services. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast has a good international selection and variety and front desk is always there to assist. They even sent someone to help us wearing traditional Sari for a function which we were attending there. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff. Customer oriented. Friendly and helpful everywhere. Good food. Rooms clean and needy . My expectation before arriving to ITC Grand Central Hotel in Mumbai wasn't high coming from Dubai were most hotels are 5 stars and staying in luxury hotels all over the world regularly. However, the hotel turned out to be the best experience this year! The most impressive thing was that staff. At all levels they were providing genuine and quick service with a smile and interest for me as a customer. Beside the staff the quality of the food was also excellent. The prices was fine except for French wines which were expensive but the Indian wines turned out to be fine.
