My expectation before arriving to ITC Grand Central Hotel in Mumbai wasn't high coming from Dubai were most hotels are 5 stars and staying in luxury hotels all over the world regularly. However, the hotel turned out to be the best experience this year! The most impressive thing was that staff. At all levels they were providing genuine and quick service with a smile and interest for me as a customer. Beside the staff the quality of the food was also excellent. The prices was fine except for French wines which were expensive but the Indian wines turned out to be fine.
