Great location, spacious rooms

This hotel has supposedly the most spacious rooms that one to get in this category of hotels.
The other good thing is its proximity to the beach. Being at Juhu, its relatively close to the airport as well.
Breakfast though is very average.

amazing location right next to the famous sun n sand hotel. it is also near by to the beach

Hotel service like the food hospitality n the staffs response to our questions were just amazing right rrom the security guard till the manager evry1 always had a smile n were very helpful . Realky the type of hotel u would like to stay in while travelling abroad .only advice would be to lighten up the hallways infront of d rooms to b made brighter n abit fancily decorated
Oh n one more thing the food in the room service really taste good

nice hotel good location value for money
good rooms specially the upgraded ones - good staff

comfortable stay - close to beach was nice.
close to the hotel we could visit the iskcon temple.
the juhu shopping complex was also close by and we could do good shopping as well. for variation of food there were some nice restaurants within walking distance of the hotel .
easy to get transport to town etc .

great location but average rooms

a decent hotel, but slightly overpriced.we received good service on arrival and departure.our nexy flights were confirmed for us together with free transport to airport.the airport pick-up and transfer to hotel was efficient and timeous.breakfast was pretty average and could do with a makeover - we have eaten better elsewhere.

Not worth it, stay away!
Rooms were big but plenty of drawbacks

When you first walk in, it looks cheap but cheerful. Room was good size but that is where the pros stop.
Sheets were washed but had spots and stains all over them. Towels were as old as we have ever seen... white was turning grey and also had spots and stains.
Bathroom had cracks in the wall and we witnessed two cockroaches running around at night.
Do not order any food as the first night we ordered it came after 45 minutes and was cold. The second night we thought we would try the snacks and ordered french fries. Staff could not understand what we were after and eventually said that the kitchen was closed for pest control (explains the cockroaches). They offered to get the fries from another hotel nearby but they came after an hour and were cold again.
In the mornings we were constantly bombarded by phone calls from the travel desk (in the lobby) asking us if we wanted any car rental, taxis etc. Despite telling them not to disturb us, they called again the next morning at 8AM ruining any hope of rest from the night before.
To add to that, the house keeping staff walked right into the room without knocking with us still in bed!
Basically, it was a dirty hotel, staff were clueless and it had a pest problem. NOT worth going for this at all!!

Juhu Plaze hotel is well located 2-3 mini walk to the Juhu Beach next to well knwon Sun and Sand Hotel. Hotel room was spacious wnd well decorated and good lighting. Staff helpful the hotel provided shuttle bus service to and from the airports.

otelin konumu çok güzel fakat odaları küçük,kesinlikle mutfagın bulundugu taraf dan oda almayın,sabah 04-05 e kadar kap kacak sesi sizi rahatsız eder,bunun dışında pek çok otelin yapmadıgı erken check inn i insani olarak yapıyorlar ve siz butun gece ucaktan sonra 6*7 saatde resepsiyonda aslında boş olan bir odayı almak için lobide beklersinis,ama Juhu plaza da sizi bekletmezler ayrıca havaalanından sizi alıp tekrar alana bırakırlar,bu benim 3.kalışım ve çok memnunum herkese tavsiye ederim,ayrıca lokantasındakı yemeklerde cok lezzetli
