Economical hotel with good services

The hotel room is big and clean.
Cafe provide breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet for long time. The buffet food is perfect good.
However, wifi inside room is not so strong, easy to be disconnected.
The fare is reasonable and I will come again.
Shopping Tip:
There is a small department store nearby the hotel, it is about 300M away from hotel.

well appointed rooms, reasonably close to airport

newish hotel with very nice rooms, well appointed restaurant with good choice of food. plan on offer was room and meals plus airport transfer for fixed price, seemed good value to us. food was varied and good. staff friendly but not always focussed. eg ordered a naan with dinner, it didn't arrive and when i made mention it was going to be too late as i had finished the meal, they didn't seem to know how to cope.
breakfast was good and quick service but again, at checkout a little bit of confusion. i had prepaid via agoda and they wanted to charge me again. quickly sorted but smacked of inexperienced or under trained staff.
overall though it was a very nice experience, the staff issue was fairly minor. taxi to airport was well organised. also a 5 minute walk from hotel is the phoenix shopping centre, very upmarket with good range of shops, cafes and restaurants

Absolutely bad service hotel

Completely bad experience for this stay, i booked 1 bed room, however, for two days they can't provide. Finally, i gave up.
Room is small, service is bad. Nothing good at all, i will never stay here anymore.

i just stay for a few hours in this hotel because i had a latenight flight. but it was a pleasant surprise to find a good hotel like this. and with and agoda-offer really affordable. i like the mixture of business and casual.
Travel tip:
I don't because of the short stay.

The rooms are very good and the hotel is close to the airport there is a courtesy drop to the airport too .We staayed there for one night as we had a early morning international flight the hotel provided us with a drop to the airport but forgot to pack a sandwich inspite of being told to do so
