Marine Plaza, Mumbai - good, but no sea view

We booked a hotel with sea view but when we arrived mid afternoon one was not available. After making a bit of fuss the fairly helpful reception staff said that one should become available "sometime after 8.00 p.m." After an overnight flight, and wanting to go out to explore we decided to forego the offer.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Close to interesting architecture (university, high court, the Maidens) and to museums and art galleries.
