I took this reservation for a comfortable sleep after arriving at midnight so that I can take mornif flight to home town. However, I was shocked to know that the hotel staff had nor clue of my reservatios. I had to wait for 20-30 minutes before they could locate the confirmation of my booking. If this is the reliability of agoda art gements then I would think 100 times before making such reservations in future.
Airport pick-up must be provided by default.

Close to International airport and a welcome relief to have a driver there and a comfortable hotel waiting only minutes away - even if you arrive at 2.40 am as I did.
Spotless rooms and lovely staff. Serioulsy over-priced - even using 'discount on line' bookings.... I have stayed at the Orchid a number of times (5) for various long-haul trips from Australia and New Zealand and found the location good to start with - the rooms become "small" if you stay more than a couple of days!
Service is always good (they are 'trained' to remember your name - always a nice touch!!)and the included breakfast will set you up for the day - you can enjoy a hearty meal, no worries!

Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. The hotel reception is beautifully furnished and we loved the ornate oil burners.
