Great staff - very friendly
The room and the bathroom were very clean.
It was my birthday while staying at the hotel and the front desk organised a cake for me which was a special surprise.
The breakfast spread was good.
Cons
The hotel restaurants were expensive and the food was average.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
A slum tour while in mumbai is a must.

It was a very nice room located facing the beach. it had a beautiful view. They served really good breakfast. Their location is also pretty good, it was only a 5 minute walk to the jw marriot hotel. Their service was also very satisfying.

Old Hotel needs overhaul now

The hotel needs a overhaul now. The Entrance is crammped. Parking is inconvenient. The poolside restauant is badly managed. The staff is almost missing. The tables are not clened quickly. i could see even the crow dumpings on the table. The staff is lazy to pick up the used dishes. You still need to pay for the internet there.I can't imagine how such hotel can live in the old age thought process. The Ramada hotels are normally part of Wyndham group, but this hotel is surprisingly an exception...

located right on juhu beach. lovely indian food for all meals. provided a massage service. really easy to get a rickshaw or a taxi from just outside the hotel. can easily access santa cruz area. the rooms are very clean, spacious and open. will definitely be staying again, when we return to bombay. good internet service as well.
