A good experience admist limited options

This was an extended business trip for 2 weeks. I re-booked Ramada after staying here for a week and the overall experience was Nice. The buffet breakfast is a bit sad and could have been much better.
The in room dining food is good although there are limited options. The staff is courteous and quick which gives it a plus. The location is just okay as you would have to go through some small lanes to get to the hotel which itself has a large property.
The hotel was booked for marriages and they could clearly not handle the number of guests which were around. The breakfast tables were messy due to this. For peace loving people book rooms on higher floors. Also check if they have any marriage booked. Avoid if thats the case.

it was comfort and but, reception some staff were not so helpful and some were good,i felt the reason was i am asian black skin person some did like.
also, the tv was not working since my arrival to hotel and keep asking with reception staff and the reply was due some satellite problems, but i discover all rooms above my floor tv was working, i was at 2nd floor, r/no. 216 and the night i was checking out they only sent technician it was just mater of switch back of the tv screen to put on.
Travel tip:
I was there for business trip nothing else to do.

this is my first business trip to mumbai, and staying in ramada definitely makes the trip better- good location (only 15min from airport), great service, and gorgeous food.
overall the staff was very friendly. however, there was a little problem i faced with one of the staff that in the end, took 1 hr to help us with a very simple printing service.. and the hotel doesn't really compensate you for that too.
hence, these two factors canceling each other out, i would still recommend the hotel, but definitely not a perfect score from me.

Very friendly, efficient, and convenient

We've stayed here before, and I returned for a day trip for a seminar in Powai. Even though the seminar was in another hotel, I was still more comfortable staying at the Ramada as I knew exactly what to expect from the staff, the facilities and amenities. Clean throughout, well maintain, well staffed, and a very easy place to stay for a short trip.
Restaurant Tip:
The Skyy bar in the neighbouring building is a fantastic place to have a relaxed dinner, with spendid ambience and good food.

the rooms in this hotel are good sized and clean. they have a nice pool and the skky restaurant has a fabulous atmosphere although it is a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. the service at both the hotel and the restaurant is very good. they offer airport pick up and drop off at a reasonable price.
