good service and helpful. Staff taking extra effort to be of service late at night getting a car for the airport for example.
From the site I was under the impression that they were on the beach. In fact, it is on a street parellel to the road that leads to the beach.. The road to the entrance of the hotel is a chaotic and loud.
I stayed in the hotel just for one night to be near the Juhu beach. I was lead to believe from the internet site that the hotel is directly on the beach, which it is not. It is on a parellel street which is loud and busy. the staff and service was very good and helpful, even late in the night to get a taxi. the rooms were normal and everything was clean and correct. By my standards would not claim it to be more than a decent 3 star and never a 4 star. I would recommend it as a decent hotel but not under the catergory of luxury. Again, good service including room service.

Good location and very friendly staff.
We stayed at this hotel over the new year period 2008 and enjoyed out stay including New Year's eve celebrations. The location of the hotel is only few mins from Juhu beach and hence makes it an ideal location for having a relaxing time.
There are very many eating places within the walking distance and hence choice of food is plenty.
