Everything was perfect! I got a room in the new building which is gorgeous. Best location and good value for the area and services. The staff is very polite and helpful. You can walk everywhere and it's a great area to shop not only in regular shops but also under the arcade for best deals. Mumbai is a great cit

Residency Fort is your best address in Mumbai Fort, close to all the "musts" like Gate of India, Taj Hotel, Kolaba Causeway, the Fountain, Churchgate, Prince of Wales Museum, etc

The hotel is of a good quality and the rooms are spacious. No fridge in the room, but coffee making facilities. On the upper floor modern rooms. The surrounding is not nice and there are not restaurants or shops nearby. But the loccation is very close to the airport and private taxis are waiting 24 hours in front of the hotel to bring you to the airport even if you have a very early flight.
