close to airport, very good food, original concept of hotel construction, nice rooms, very friendly staff
too noisy because of round construction, cleaning could be improved in the rooms, no channel list of TV in room, music at breakfast far too loud for me,
The arrival to the hotel was astonishing, thinking we go to a football stadium. We appreciated the security check, although we could have carried a bomb in our suitcase, which were not opened. The staff was very nice and friendly and it seems like with nearly all Indians, coming from the heart. We will be back in 3 weeks and looking forward to it.

Long distance to reach rooms from lifts
We were there for only one night and had taken two rooms. We would understand that since renovation work was ongoing the entrance and lobby area was lack of facilty for waiting, meeting, receiving guests etc was in a bad state.
Further the quality of the rooms, especially the bathrooms were similarly to 3 star standard. Even the food we ordered to the room was of low standard. Always select a room that is closer to the lift otherwise you have to walk along a very long distance since layout is quite bad. Food served in the room was not satisfactory so we did not try the other hotel restaurants although they looked impressive.
Given a choice I would not stay there again since for the rate you pay you can so many better choices.

A great place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Mumbai city life. Great location at a walking distance from the domestic terminal makes it a good bet for travelers. Breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. Dont miss the laggon inside the hotel. It is a viewers delight and to top it all, the service is real 5 Star. Enjoy !!
