Fantastic rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Room service spot on!

Great efficient check in service - staff very helpfull and friendly. Overall cleanliness of the hotel is amazing.
The in-house bars and restaurants cater for all needs - no need to leave the hotel. Rooms and bathroom very spacious and appointed well - the mattress and pillows were fantastic.
Location very handy to airport for international travellers.

Stayed one night before going on a flight back home. Close to the airport. Nice big clean rooms with all the comfort you would need for a short stay. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for wifi connection. One of the best breakfast buffets I have eaten.

We were received warmly with helpful staff that took care of the bags. Check-in was cumbersome. They asked for all passports, visas, OCI cards etc. It felt like immigration rather than hotel check-in. Breakfast was chaotic - tea/coffee was not being served even after repeated requests. The guys making fresh dosas and omelettes were overwhelmed. Food wasn't particularly tasty by Indian standards.
