I loved the Oberoi, the staff were efficient and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. We arrived at Mumbai airport and were met by a uniformed representative of the hotel who whisked us to an air conditioned limo with our own driver to take us to the hotel, and even though it was only 10.30 a.m. we were ushered to our room with no fuss. On checking out we were allowed to stay in our room until 7.30 p.m - all this, and we were only booked in for one night! I would certainly stay there again.

I always enjoy staying at the Oberoi and this trip was no exception. The hotel is in the heart of the old town centre and one can walk to some destinations. The design and decor of the hotel are elegant but simple and the staff are very helpful and obliging. It is top of my list when visiting India.
