The stay was comfortable and relaxing. The check-in & check-out process is fast and smooth. The staff were friendly, the room service was fast and the breakfast was too good (for a south Indian).

However bathroom was not as per expectations and needs renovation . Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Very good hotel full with nature .seems to be in the centre of mountaing with hill view side from the balcony. Munnar as a place is a very good and breath taking awesome hilly station in south india with astonishing and flourishing tea gardens.
