Staff were very unhelpful and unpolite. We requested an early breakfast as we had to depart at 6am and were assured by the Hotel Manager that the hotel would arrange a light breakfast for us. On the morning, we queried with the front desk and the receptionist advised they had no milk and no one had informed them about our request. Very disappointing service overall and the staff were more interested in chatting and laughing out loudly!
