This hotel is situated in the center of the commercial district of New Delhi and is conveniently close to both of the city's main airports. The Connaught Place Shopping Center is a pleasant 5 minute walk away as are other main market areas such as Karol Bag and Palika Bazaar. The Ajanta Hotel houses 70 guest rooms featuring basic furnishings, a television complete with cable channels and large comfortable beds. The hotels facilities include a business center complete with large banquet halls, small bar that serves delicious cocktails and other drinks and a restaurant serving Chinese and western food. The railway station is directly opposite the hotel which makes it very convenient for guests to not only access other parts of the city, but also travel to other parts of India.

clean, comfortable rooms and good restaurant, situated in a not so friendly or safe area. this is great value for money. the rooms are very comfortable and the staff of the hotel is always at hand to make the best to solve any problems.
A plus: travel agency Capital City´s counter desk at the lobby, the guys there handle any trouble regarding itineraries, tours, etc.
Even though the food at the restaurant is not the best you can get in India, it´s really good and not as spicy as in other place.
Towels need to be changed.

convenient, easy to find and free pick up It is a good place to stay in New delhi actually. The free pick up service helped us a lot to settle down. The room is clean with 24 hours air-con and hot water. However, the only question is about the noisy which is also very normal in india anyway.
Restaurant Tip : The restaurant in hotel is nice! reasonable priced with good service.

The free taxi pick-up service was great. Arrived at the airport and was taken straight to the hotel. The bottled water in the mini-bar was unsealed. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times now and have absolutely no complaints. Room was simple and basic but clean and comfortable. Service was very good and the staff were happy to help and arranged my train ticket and a day's sightseeing in Delhi. The hotel restaurant was also very good and handy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mid-priced place to stay in Delhi.
