Noisy, toilet didn't work, room service staff wanted bribes, staff walked straight into rooms, reception did not give us necessary forms...
This was easily the worst hotel on our honeymoon tour. The room was tiny; the AC barely worked, the toilet didn’t work, the reception staff did not give us the ‘Form C’ we later discovered we needed for Foreigner Registration, the staff walked straight into our room uninvited until we realized we should lock the door; the room service staff requested bribes. Admittedly the room was clean.

Close to New Delhi Railway Station. Clean rooms.
Staff barge into rooms without invitation, room service staff demand bribes, no Internet, tiny rooms, bad neighborhood.
It was impossible to enjoy our stay at the Ashiana because the staff kept interrupting, even barging into our room uninvited until we locked the door. Room service requires a bribe as well as the actual payment (but then the chicken chow mien was delicious). Our 'Executive' room was about twice the size of the bed (but admittedly, clean) and the neighborhood was loud. At least the hotel is near the station.
