The Lemon Tree Hotel East Delhi Mall is located in Kaushambi on the top floors of the East Delhi Mall (EDM), in the heart of East Delhi’s commercial and residential area (close to NH 24).
This bright and airy hotel is in close proximity to Noida, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Pragati Maidan and ITO. The hotel is not far from Delhi’s major tourist attractions like Akshardham and Old Fort. The international airport is about an hour away by car. The refreshing interiors interplay with landscaped gardens, bringing the ‘outdoors in’. The centrally air conditioned hotel offers 55 rooms and suites with a large Banquet & Meeting Center (25,000 sq.ft.). Very clean rooms, nice staff, good service, pool area for relaxing is also clean and a bit hidden, that's fine! nice gym-facilitiy and restaurant with broad menu (western, indian, thai cuisine).\nwould go there again!
sometimes a strange smell in the lobby area. \npoolside: sunbathing women attract indian spectators...be respectful and wear swimsuit better thank bikini...
All in all a nice and decent place, staff helps you organizing trips and is at your service even when having wishes that go beyond their duty. Had to cancel a trip to Agra on 5.30am in the morning due to sickness. booked the evening before and wasn't even charged a cancellation fee also the driver was already ready for \"take-off\". Very generous at my opinion! Sometimes you hear noises from the upper floor...don't know what they did there on 11.30pm but maybe it was exeptionally...\nwould defenitely go there again, if my favourite hotel in new delhi has no vacancies.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The movie theatre in the EDM is nice if you need a pass-time in the evening before leaving to the airport...

Very spacious, nice modern rooms.
There isn't anything within walking distance outside of the hotel.
We were impressed with this hotel. Everything you need for a night or two. It's in the Business District so don't expect any souvenir shops outside. However there are some gift shops in the mall downstairs (off to the side). The staff are great and they can arrange taxis if you need to go anywhere.
