Clean, courteous employees, hotel had back-up power source when there were power cuts.
Lift was not always working.
I had a pleasant stay in the Mandakini Palace Hotel. The staff was always pleasant and offered assistance at every opportunity. It was a room in a tidy condition. The bed was comfortable enough. The air conditioner and over head fan worked appropriately. There was plentiful hot water for a shower. The toilet / bath area was clean. For its standard, I would recommend this hotel.
Restaurant Tip : Close to cheap restaurants.

5 min walk only from metro station and free wifi
road in front of hotel is dusty
all staffs are quite frinedly and they kept paying atention to me while my whole stay. i have enjoyed very fast internet connection for free of charge. this helped me a lot for my business. room size was quite ok. prices are so good and this hotel will be my hotel in new delhi in future. and i do not feel that i should stay at any other hotel except this hotel.

location...a bit hard to find.
The room and service was terrific. We got in at 12 midnight and were able to have great food and a cold beer!!! Very friendly staff and the rooms were great...soft bed!!!!!!!
Hard to find...behind hospital and the location seems out of the main tourist areas...but it was still great.
