nicely renovated, historical hotel. Clean, well-kept rooms; good dining; friendly staff. Internet service was not free and wirelss not consistently available in rooms. Staff allowed working in office, but only two computers made communication difficult. This was a fun hotel to stay in -- giving a sense of British colonial India.

Hard to find, room was clean but very old, I had to break the hard water deposits off the shower head to get it working. Poor water pressure and very little hot water. Not impressed at all. The price was reasonable and staff helpful but I would not stay there again.
When departing I asked for a cab and they arrainged it. I was asked 600INR by the staff which I thought was expensive. The cab was an ancient Tata van with a bad altinator which caused the lights to go off each time he slowed down. I'm a career police officer and currently work in a war zone training police officers. I'm comfortable in third world countries but that cab ride scared me. I would rather dodge IED's than get back in that cab. Then the guy asked me for 250 more INR at the airport. I told him to see the hotel guy that I had already paid. The driver nodded and left..... that part was curious.

Large double room with decent A/C The hotel doesn't reserve 4 star and it is located in a residential area far away from public transportation. It is just good for location near the airport, for those who need to be near the airport.

Good facilities, friendly service - not overbearing, not unhelpful, just right. A good hotel located conveniently close to the international airport, JNU university and Priya shopping center. Marble floors, generously sized rooms, everything you'd expect from a hotel twice the price...
