Good location, overall very clean, nice design,especially the reception area, warm welcome.

Checking in took longer time than expected

This hotel situated in a convenient location. Its facility design is outstanding. The security seemed to be very good. As soon as I and my colleague passed the security, we were greeted by a beautiful receptionist who help arrange the check-in formalities. However, our rooms were not ready although we arrived at the hotel at about 2PM. I booked a superior non-smoking room with garden/swimming pool view. The hotel gave me a room facing to the opposite site -just temporally - and I was told that the room I requested would be available within 2 hours. Two hours passed, 3, 4, and 5 hours the hotel did not get back to me. I ended up with the 'temp' room which I found quite small, but expensive.
