The service and attention to detail. Very friendly. Fantastic food! some of the deco is looking out of date We spent the last day of our honeymoon at the Taj and personnel made it very special for us. They sent us a cake and flowers. Everyone made us feel very special. We really enjoyed our stay! Shame it was so short.....

Ver good service and friendly staff Expensive restaurents and car transport The stay was very nice, and Taj Palace is really a choice for business travellers (like me).
The prices are very high, but you are quite sure to get value for money as well.

Good location, overall very clean, nice design,especially the reception area, warm welcome. Checking in took longer time than expected This hotel situated in a convenient location. Its facility design is outstanding. The security seemed to be very good. As soon as I and my colleague passed the security, we were greeted by a beautiful receptionist who help arrange the check-in formalities. However, our rooms were not ready although we arrived at the hotel at about 2PM. I booked a superior non-smoking room with garden/swimming pool view. The hotel gave me a room facing to the opposite site -just temporally - and I was told that the room I requested would be available within 2 hours. Two hours passed, 3, 4, and 5 hours the hotel did not get back to me. I ended up with the 'temp' room which I found quite small, but expensive.
