Spacious, tidy, good Customer Service
Entertainment is too poor including electronic systems in the rooms. I made 2 complaints but no action – poor response.
Considerably good hotel.

spacious rooms, quite location, close to the airport
the only way to get anywhere is by taxi since there is nothing in walking distance
it was short business trip and the hotel was well suited for that. the food was really good, but if you don't want to eat at the hotel then there aren't any other options closeby.

Located 10 minute drive from the airport.
Hotel was clean and staff were helpful.
No female attendents at the pool.
No facilities for young children such as a games room.
This hotel was amazing, the staff were friendly and the food was good. Shopping complex and cinema located 10 minute walk from hotel.

Clean, good service, spacious room, comfortable bed, good food, good swimming pool
The hotel was very quiet when we were there in June but everything was well maintained, the service was good especially in the pool area. The location was ideal for us as it was near enough to the airport without being too close. Food was good. We got a very good deal from Agoda and thought the value for money was excellent. We would certainly stay here next year when we make another flying visit it Delhi.
Hotel Feature Tip : Near to airport although a bit remote if you want to sightsee or do a lot of shopping

Nice hotel and the rooms are very well furnished. Good location and nice grounds.
I am sure the hotel will be OK once again after the refurbishment, but in its present state, is not adequate for serving meals. The gym is looking very tired and one can see that it was affected by the fire and is need a good clean and new equipment.
The hotel is undergoing a major refurbishment after an extensive fire. Only two floors are open to customers (5 and 6). In view of this, there is no restaurant facility for breakfast nor evening meal and meals (on a very restricted menu) have to be taken in the room. This takes time as meals have to be brought up from ground floor through a labyrinth of corridors. Only one lift is working. I am very disappointed that no one from your organisation did alert me of the fact that no restaurant or bar facility were available, as I had made plans to meet customers and to entertain them there. No prior notice was given.

Interior and exterior have been renovated, very clean.
AGODA HOTEL is a LINK to a different location of the actual map, local ¢ RIMASHITA. The actual location of the offense did move to the center of the city was inconvenient. AGODA I contact to change, change will be necessary to charge the full amount , please note that all of you!
