The staff were FANTASTIC, nothing was too much trouble, we wanted to bring them all home NOT the cleanliness, but the bathroom needed work, the shower didn't work properly, the bath needed replacing (chipped) and the seal around the edge was black where mould had seeped in Every time we came back to Delhi, we made sure that we were able to stay on the same floor (19th) as the staff there were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We were so happy there, we'll use the Hans Plaza everytime we comeback to Delhi. The restaurant food was delicious and covered every meal or snack we fancied. No bad tummy at all over 8 nights (a record for sensitive english stomachs).

rooms are clean, service is good, staff is co-operative, located inn centre of the city. only 2 lifts and one is mostly not working, some construction work was going on when i checked in. Good :

Clean, Good Services from Hotel Personnels, Room is convenient No store near the hotel, i have to walk on the street about 20 minutes and found 1 store that has most of all the food are overdue. And the hotels exterior is beyond my imagination. I was so shocked, i thought i was at the wrong place. Will not consider to stay again in this hotel, because it's quite far from any mall or even store.
