Although in general terms I enjoyed staying in the hotel there is a number of things you might want to improve such as the look and the condition of both elevators as well as the picture of the lobby which looks like a one-star hotel. Change the seats, never have food at a display. It will be nice to have a form of a bar or something like that.

We were more than satisfied with the Hans, which provided a luxuriously cool and comfortable retreat in the heart of Delhi.
This hotel was a bit overpriced

I probably would not stay there again.
- Travel tip : this large area is a tourist location and the scams are terrible annoying and plentiful. Do Not talk or listen to ANYONE unless you have initiated the conversation. Don't accept gratuitous help from anyone or you will be scammed or misled.

The hotel is close to the train station; people arriving via train should go for this hotel especially if they have any security concerns if travelling at night since New Delhi isn't exactly a safe haven for tourists/travellers at night.
- Restaurant Tip : The hotel's Kaffa restaurant is a fine place to dine. Skip room service and go for a nice dinner downstairs.
