The location is very good as I think this hotel is located in the mid of city.
Sometime I cannot understand hotel staff English language.
I may not good in English
I just came this hotel for the first time, It is very nice to pick this hotel as the price is reasonable. The location is quite good.
Moreover, the staff is very helpful.
I love the food here. Somehow, you may consider that I am a taster, I love food around the world.
Thank you.

The hotel is well located for shopping and as a base from which to explore ND; the staff were extremely courteous and helpful; and the room was well appointed in most respects.
The in-house entertainment was extremely poor. Few television channels were available, those that were available were tilted towards sport, and the reception was very poor.
The hotel does charge for airport pick-up and the charge is relatively high.
Because I was on my own, and because walking/transport in central ND is a bit of a nightmare, I made use of the hotel's car/driver for a couple of excursions. Although the charges were relatively high, the car was clean and A/C, and the driver was very helpful.
This is a slightly strange hotel in that it occupies two ground floors and then the top six floors of the building, with the middle floors rented out to offices.
The two restaurants offer reasonable, if unexciting, menus.
Best of all were the staff who combined courtesy with friendliness.
Shopping Tip : A branch of the renowned Oxford Bookstore is located a short walk from the hotel; this store offers an excellent selection of reading matter of all kinds, plus DVDs and CDs.

Clean. Close to main railway station. Good restaurants.
We had to fly through Delhi on our way to south India so planned a side trip to Agra and the Taj Mahal. This hotel proved the ideal "base camp". The Hans Hotel is located just a few minutes from the main railway station in Delhi from which we got the dawn high-speed train to Agra. And the hotel was close by to welcome us again when we the late evening train back from Agra pulled into to Delhi station at 10:30pm. Reasonably priced taxis from/to the airport also took a workable 45 minutes.
The hotel itself was restful and quiet. Service was discrete and helpful. There were two restaurants. One served specialist Italian food, the other a more general Western/Asian menu. The food was well presented and tasty. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable variety.
Shopping Tip : Bottled water at just 55 rupees for five litres is available within walking distance e.g. at Bengali Market.

noise from the next room (double room probably separated)
The hotel is well situated near the Connaught place. Service was good at any time of the day.Clean rooms and room service available for 24 hours. Two restaurants which both had very good food. No noise of traffic.

Good location: close to Metro, relatively safe neighborhood. Friendly reception, polite staff.
No sound insultation between rooms; can hear neighbor's conversation!
Small elevators, hardly enough for the number of rooms!
Our main concern was safety and cleanliness, and we got what we wanted. The location is near Metro station, we walked from metro to hotel at 9pm and felt safe (short walk too). The room was okay, would classify as Quality Inn/Red Roof Inn, in the US. Our main gripe was the lack of sound insulation between rooms, we could hear our neighbor's conversation, followed by their snoring. Otherwise it was a good choice considering what we paid during our stay, which is quite decent for a hotel in overpriced Connaught Place.
Hotel Feature Tip : Bring your own bath towels!

The bed was comfortable, the towels large and the mini bar had room for my water bottles.
The exterior of the building looks a little worn.
We arrived early and waited in the coffee shop until a room was ready. It didn't take long, and the front desk staff came up to let us know when our room was ready. Our rate included breakfast and dinner. Our flight left extremely early in the morning, so they kindly allowed us to use the breakfast coupon upon arrival -- even before we had been assigned a room number.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Don't believe "helpful" people on the street who say that the handicraft store has moved or that a demonstration makes a nearby area unsafe. It's just a scam to get a commission on your purchases elsewhere.

Spacious foyer and friendly staff
Our first visit to India, started with an example of very tight security. The foyer was welcoming, and the staff particularly friendly. The bedroom was well designed with plenty of storage space. Facilities in the bathroom were more than adequate, with plenty of lotions etc provided.
A very enjoyable stay.
Hotel Feature Tip : Nothing remarkable as it was purely a stopover

We were picked up at the airport and the guy had to wait hours for us. Pleasant service, nice clean bedroom and good breakfast. A very good location.
None really Expensive to use the internet.
We chose the Hans Plaza as it had good reviews on trip advisor. We were pleased with our choice. We liked our room which was clean and spacious with a comfortable large bed. The breakfast was good and the service reasonable. The front desk were very helpful and called taxis and a tut tut for us as well as negosiating what it should cost so we were not ripped off. It is a vet well located hotel near the business district, Connaught Place
and not far in a tut tut or taxi to India Gate, the National Museum and the banking and business area. A very pleasant stay.
Restaurant Tip : Lovely South Indian restaurant on Janpath opposite the bazaar.

Location excellent. Facilities clean. Staff professional. Included breakfast buffet quite nice. Good laundry service.
Watch out for the EXORBITANT PHONE CHARGES!!! One short call to a non-local Indian cell phone cost RS 1400!!!
Overall, the Hans Hotel is a great place to stay. The location is quite central (near Connaught Place and the main New Delhi train station but away from the dreadful Paharganj Area), the facilities are clean, the staff is professional.
The stay includes a nice breakfast buffet (try the fresh parathe (layered flaky flatbread) with mango chutney - you have to order these separately but at no extra charge). We also had a snack of pizza and beer in the Carmelo restaurant one evening - it's a pretty decent bar.
We got the room on a discount through Agoda, making it a very good value for Delhi.
Only one major complaint: Watch out for the EXORBITANT PHONE CHARGES!!! One short call to a non-local Indian cell phone cost RS 1400!!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is right next to the Barakhamba Road metro stop, making it very convenient to reach other areas of the city quickly and economically.

The hans hotel is nice place, comfortable to transportation, and near shopping area,
I stayed 4 nights at executive room. The guest room is nice, medium size, Bath room is clean. The breakfast is western + Indian food + noodle like Chinese food + fruit. I think breakfast is valuable.
The people in hotel are friendly and support you anyway.
Shopping Tip : Turn left side of hotel is better area. It is subway station, just 100 m., and bank, next station is Connaught Place which is Plaza Shopping, Pizza ,KFC,Mc around the circle.
Don't turn right side of hotel is awful area because have some guys like a gang asked me about my destination and look unfriendly.

Clean hotel, helpfull staff, great location, nice food
no spa, internet service was not that great
It was a great stay. We extended the stay for three nights more. The hotel located in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were really great with high standards. There is a lot of shopping destinations and restaurants nearby. A metro station was nearby also. a well secred hotel. Delhi is a great shopping destination.
