Services are good
need some upgrade especially the bed
very good value for money with Agoda rates but the hotel need to get upgraded to match the standard of the brand new other 5*.

Shopping Tip : A real "wet market" few meters away from the hotel... very typical.

Good and easy check-in and check-out.
Good location.
Very clean,nice decoration and corteous staff.
Food a little too expensive and not so good.
We ate at the Patio Restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast and lunch ,but we felt was a little expensive and the food was not the best.
Other time we tried the Sakura Restaurant that is excellent but also expensive.
I had an body glow treatment at the spa but was very poor job,cause they just apply a mixture that was supposed to exfoliate the skin or clean the dead cells but nothing happened.
The good point about the hotel is that is very central ,near to the main shopping places .
Very clean,nice decoration and corteous staff.
I would go back to the Metropolitan.
Shopping Tip : Take the rickshaw and head to Palika Bazar,but on the way back tell you wanna go to Niko Hotel,cause many drivers still just know the former hotel name.

Spa is fantastic. The restaurants are very nice too.
Check-In counter seems to be short of manpower, quite a few times I stand there but there's no staff. Maybe they shld put a bell there so we can signal we need helop.
Hotel was cosy with very helpful and friendly staffs. Room is always nicely done up. Request is always prompted answer. Every morning, you are greeted with Good morning when you open your door.
