bathroom was nice but the shower was not strong enough pressure in total, it was good hotel. good location, clean modern room and great breakfast. but the one of the staff was rude and i could not enjoy the stay fully.

good service, good location, modern concpet old room, mildew, a little rundown We stayed at the Park Hotel for 1 night but were not very impressed. the hotel is old and run down, the carpets filthy and the rooms not well maintained. the bathroom curtains had mildew. on the positive side, we were able to get a good selection of buffet items and plug our ipod in the room for some relaxing time.

Loud construction work next door We chekced into this hotel for 1 night. The hotel room was quite modern. The breakfast buffet was excellent. It was disapointing we were not advised of the construction work next door which was quite loud during the day.

Service, Staff, food, location Drink prices were a little more expensive than i thought they would be but the atmosphere made up for it. Upon my arrival at The Park hotel i was greeted by friendly and helpful front of house staff. They made check in very fast and answered all questions that i had about the hotel before i could ask them. I was there on a business trip so they took care of my travel requirements and directions.
The bar and restaurant staff were fantastic and so was the food. The Bar by the pool is a must for anyone who enjoys a relaxing drink in wounderful surroundings
I would advise anyone wishing to stay in Delhi to choose The Park. I will stay there again.
Nightlife Tip : The hotels bar scene doesnt really kick off till late so have dinner early then a rest if you are wishing to go out.

Central Location, Cozy Feel Lacks fine touches of maintenance The hotel's location is its strongest point at Central Delhi just a short walk from Connaught Place. However, the room lacks those fine touches of maintenance. Namely, paint was not fresh throughout, towels were not crispy white, and edges in the bathroom were showing signs of wear and tear. If these points are addressed in time then it would make a near perfect experience. Staff is friendly without being too 'attentive'

Has a choice of Italian and Indian food. Check out takes too long. Rooms needs to be updated, considering the price. The hotel is located at a very good area, just a minute walk to Cannaught Place where you could do shopping and eat out. The rooms are modern and sizable. Service is okay. Check out takes too long.

Stylish rooms, really comfy bed & pillows, nice flat panel screen, front office staff really friendly.. Very close to the historical places, shops, cafes and food places.
Very central to lark around.. Oldest Hanuman temple right at the back of the hotel..
A cool nite club, Agni.. The toilet in the room not the best, sink shape & size not very practical. Plus the corridors leading to the room smell musty & sometimes of strong Indian food + spices I think the Park is worth while staying at, its positives outweigh the negatives! Obviously like everywhere in Delhi there are Pigeon droppings & related dirt around the exterior of the building.. Other than that, its location, its facilities and style are good plus points.. Perhaps a more powerful extractor in the kitchen and a better ventilation system will assist in keeping the corridors fresher smelling.
ALL in ALL, will stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : A super Vegetarian restaurant with great Rajathani & Marathi food across the cinema.

Very close to CP could just walk in 5 minutes.
Good pool.
Grown up very few children. Small rooms.
Bathroom partitioned from room by a glass wall. I would recommend the Park as a good location, modern facilities, excellent pool. Restaurant was good but expensive, you could easily walk to something better in Connaught place only 5 minutes away.
If sharing a room be aware that the bathroom is practically part of the bedroom.
The hotel is aimed at younger porfessinoals with drinks promotions etc e.g. fosters lager on a sunday afternoon around pool, also clubbing in a friday night.

- Reasonable price - internet and hotel taxi is quite expensive The room is clean, good design. I can found a variety of breakfast which is good taste. I also used their facily such as fitness room and sauna as well. On the other hand, I have to paid Rs 800.- for internet per day and hotel taxi to airport at Rs 1,600.- also which is quite high rate.

The rooms are very small when compared to the large ones i have stayed at Intercon or Ashok.
Everything else is quite good at part with any Five star though nothing home to write about.
Would recommend this to anybody who has business at CP in delhi though Intercontinental is better in opinion.
The "Fire" is a happening Nightspot and pool not heated. Gym is quite good and the staff polite and cultivated - a sea change from the ashok.
I can't say too much good about this place, but not too much bad either. Our room was small but fine. The loud streets of Delhi are right out our window and pigeons were sitting on the ledge the whole time. That would be fine except the feathers actually were under the window and behind our bed. Not too sanitary if you ask me. Dogs barked all night on the street, you are in the middle of the city, you know? One of the pretenders to being a great hotel in Delhi with an Indian twist.
The decor is utterly modernistic (though not arty in my view) with the lobby full of glaring shades.
However it just cant match the class of the Imperial or hotels like Intercontinetal at Barakhamba (Total business friendly), Claridges or even the Ashok (Excellent value for Money)

What i loved about this hotel is the service the staff were friendly and the location was great and convenient. The room buzzer was very soft so the staff caught us a few times off guard...walking in as we did not hear the buzzer. This is a great hotel for its location (near shopping areas)and excellent value for a 5 star the staff were helpful especially organising the taxis and negotiating rates or instructing the taxis to put their meters on as most taxis prefer to negotiate a rate. The breakfast also had a good variety of american hot breakfast ie eggs made to order so it was fresh! and good dosa made to order.
It was good value.well worth booking!

Good People for service, facility, area for walking shopping area, Fine Decorated Hotel Room, good breakfast, flexible for late check out Eventhough renovate but still can't change old look of old hotel. Real Room & service not match for 5 star image Waitng for check in around 30 minutes which hotel claimed that Agoda not booking yet. This Hotel is just fine with good facility, but not 5star hotel-may be around 3++ to 4+ Hotel. Everything just fine: coffee shop, breakfast, swimming pool. Good area for walking shopping. Room rate is too high for the actual room and service
Shopping Tip : There is lots of street shopping just 10 minutes walking.

Staff I must go once more to find out! I stayed in the Park New Delhi Hotel during 5 days and I really appreciated the quality of the whole place and the services. The rooms are arranged in a very tastful way that makes us feel home. The breakfast is of very good quality, generous and full of fantasy! The ambiance of the bar and the swimming pool make us totally forget that we are in the centre of New Delhi and the Indian restaurant serves good Indian cuisine. What's more the staff is really amenable and always in good mood! I look forward to my next stay in the Park Hotel!

The staff were nice. Security good. Breakfast good spread. Key cards that sometimes do not work, even after changes made. After 4 days, brealfast seems a bore, practically the same food served everyday. Everything is charged, from internet usage even tho you pay a high price for the room, printing of notes can be quite costly, INR125per page colour and INR75B/W; extended check-out is a no-no, unless you 'threaten' not to patronise them again, then you get perhaps till two afternoon, or if the front office likes you, will call the manager to ask for another hour.
But as a business traveller, The Park is fairly good and perhaps that's the way it is with Indian Hotels in Delhi.
Shopping Tip : Palika Bazaar was a nice bargaining experience, get some pretty good and cheap stuff there.
