Solo travelers India, February 13, 2013	A nightmare None 2.7 The hotel kept heat on and when I asked why the Aircon was not working they said it was on a heat cycle. air conditioned I need not feel hot and have to put a fan on to feel cool as suggested by reception. The hotel manager was also rude and screamed that was their policy for winter in Delhi.
