Pleasant stay, pity about issues with check in

I have stayed at this hotel before and was disappointed that they had not arranged our early check-in as requested. We had booked three rooms and only one was available, for which they insisted on charging half the daily room rate. Its a shame as I had planned to use this as my regular hotel. So my advice is - good centrally located place to stay, but if you want and early check in go elsewhere.

Is a great location near to restaurants and shops in CP. Rooms are clean, good internet connection and staff pleasant enough. However no restaurant, basic breakfast and limited facilities means it is more of a 3star hotel.

Staff are very friendly, and rooms are clean, walking distant to CP. Security is good and compound clean. However, the bedsheet is too old and should change to new set as when lying or sitting on the bed, can feel itchy after few minutes. the housekeeping team are placing the new bedsheet on the floor in at corridor and not hygiene. Twin room but only 1 bottle of water ready. Hot water is not hot. 18 rooms hoel only 1 umbrealla to shelter to the main gate and it wa raining that very inconvenient.

i loved apartment 52. its in a great location (although difficult to find as there is no sign board outside), very near to connaught place. everything you need is close by, good restaurants, shops, temples, etc. the rooms are clean and fresh and the place has good security. breakfast is rather limited, but sufficient. i'll be back!!

Nice place to stay in central Delhi, with Connaught Place just around the corner with plenty of shops and restaurants. Breakfast is limited, but tasty. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.

This Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious with a kitchentte and firdge. The room was very clean with good amenities. I would easily recommend this Hotel to any business traveller who needs a clean, modern room with good facilities, decent breakfast and good location within Delhi.

The staff cannot do enough to make the stay pleasurable. I think this is the first time I have ever stayed in a hotel where they bought a TV decoder for my room because I could not get BBC. The rooms are excellent and very clean. The breakfast is simple and reasonable. The location is in a quiet street just 2 minutes walk from the outer circle of Connaught Place. So it is very easy to get to the shops although grocery shops are difficult to find. But that is not a hotel problem. The only problem is that the internet is very slow.

it is near to restaurants, shopping area and can do some small shopping around the small shops in colaba. the staff are friendly. public transportation like taxi is easily available. walking distant to gate of india. breakfast almost the same everyday. could have more varieties of menu for international traveller or for business long stay. house keeping work no sop as certain days the wash room amenities were not replaced and certain days small tower also not there.
Restaurant Tip:
5 minutes walking distant there's a Muslim operated restaurant. The Masalah tea is simply delicious. I've travelled all india cities , this is the best i've tasted. Thumb-up!
