Decent room for the price..
Rooms with wifi, and ideal for business traveller

cons: room was pretty cold and the air-conditioner doesn't have a warm option and the bathroom was smelly. this was promptly attended to by the housekeeping.
food ordered from room service and al a carte was good but the breakfast spread and service were not up to the mark.
front office staff was quite helpful.

Excellent hotel with fantastic customer service

the hotel is located on a quiet street but close to all the major areas. it is 25 minute ride from airport. the one thing that really stood out is the customer service of the front desk. we were traveling with two kids. the driver waited at airport for 3 hours as the airline did not annouce the delay. as soon as i called the hotel, then sent me the driver phone number and a minute later the driver called me. at the hotel, they arraged the car for us to do sight seeing and shopping. they made sure that we were well take care of. the rooms were clean and very comfortable. the food at the hotel was also excellent.

service needs improvement, lack of staff and maintenance of bathrooms is not good. there is lack of efficient service as not enough trained staff. even then i would recommend to friends.
Shopping Tip:
Instead of going to the nearby malls in the area, rent a small size car from the hotel and go to Delhi. It's only an hour's drive. Lots of good restaurants and fast food joints in rhe malls. A huge children's play area in Ambience Mall.
