Good location and an altogether decent hotel

A decent hotel to stay for a few nights, rooms are ok, comfortable and spacious but not too luxurious. The worst part was when we checked in the staff mentioned they are already booked which is very strange as online their portal was still showing rooms available. They further mentioned they haven't received any mail from agoda. What a mood- spoiler! They were cordial enuf to shift us to another of their hotel for the next day.

Rubbish hotel. White towels were grey. Bed sheets had stains, pillow cases stained.Broken picture frames with glass still in them hanging on walls. Cleanliness of taps, bathroom fittings and showers not even up to 1* rating. Mosquitoes in bathroom. No means of eradicating them. All staff though were very friendly and helpful

Visited this hotel with special thanks to Agoda Services, got an amazing deal. The entrance provides you an assurance of a healthy & hygeinic stay. U step further & find yourself in most tidy environment within the corridor.
The rooms are definitly inherited with the maximum amount of comfort & cleanliness and automated features. Beds are Best, washrooms are good, close to an amazing Movie Complex (Waves Kaushambi, Pacific Mall, EDM Mall) all and all a superB place to stay at.
Go ahead for this one without any hesitation.
