Great service and professionalism once I arrived, they took care of my problems involving email issues
But intailaly when I missed my flight I rang the hotel about arranging a cab with who ever I spoke to and said the taxi broke down on the way to the airport and left me deserted and stranded their when I was venerable when traveling alone . I must admit I had the wrong impression at first with the hotel .... But once I arrive I felt safe... They shouldn't of left me stranded initially. They should of reassured me to wait and they'll organize another cab or pick me up... Please don't let this happen to anyone again that was a bad experience!!!

Always make sure you are picked up at the airport because you might end up getting in a dangerous position

Good:
- Very well maintained hotel
- Spacious clean rooms
- 500mts from Vaishali Metro Station
- Real value for money - Good variety in breakfast
Bad:
- Super expensive food (Buffet @ INR 1320/person)
- Poor customer service
- There was no heating facility in the rooms. 22C maintained.
- Too far from Delhi and the airport.

Excellent place to stay. Was difficult traveling into Delhi because the actual hotel is in UP. So you would have to take a rickshaw from the hotel to the border and then switch from the border to a Delhi rickshaw. The hotel itself was amazing though, the staff (especially the breakfast staff) were so nice and welcoming every morning.

The dinner at the hotel was amazing
