we are really appreciate the receptionist here they are very nice good service mild. The hotel is clean and new.
Shopping Tip:
this hotel is a bit far from the city but It's very quite and the room is clean. Furthermore, the receptionist is so nice. However, the hotel is located that quite difficult to find by myself. In addition this hotel is not far from the airport much take around not more than 30 mins by taxi.

Basic Hotel, not the best customer service

At check in the staff was not very helpful. Room amenities were very old. toilet continued to run. Internet use was expensive and did not work properly. Breakfast was decent.

Little sanctuary in Gurgaon, location not ideal

About 30 minute drive from the airport, ideal for a short stop-over between flights. The location is not great: no shops or cafes within walking distance. Autos will overcharge: an auto to MG Road should not be more than Rs.120. Taxi drivers have big trouble finding the place: if you're coming from Delhi, tell them it's on Old Delhi Road, on the left after Peppermint Hotel, behind the India Oil petrol pump.
Premium room is worth the upgrade: rooms are quiet, spacious, decorated in beech and natural green, very restful after a long flight. I got a corner room, well lit with windows in two sides. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Great quality Sony flatscreen TV. Bathrooms are small but beautifully done with a walk-in rain shower. Water not always hot.
Room service is a little slow but food is good quality and good value. Buffet breakfast is decent and staff are attentive to your every need.
On my New Year stay, the Manager was super-helpful with locating a salon in nearby MG Road and even dropped me there in person. I was also given access to the meeting room to attend an online seminar and get some work done during my stay. A few weeks later, when I needed a half-day stop-over between flights, the hotel were very helpful in giving a half-day rate on a similar room: perfect and restful stop-over before a long journey.

Please do not mention this as a 3 star hotel property.
The image seen in the photos is totally contradictory to the the actual hotel....it is a small lodge- not a hotel.
The WIFI is horrible

the address of the hotel is the new name of the road so the taxi driver did not know where to go, it is on old delhi road in Gungao. A new area of Delhi, not much to do but good for the quick visit if you come late or very early as it is nly 20 mins from the airport.

Hotel is located in a gated compound .. Nothing worth doing near the hotel. Generally dusty and dirty outside the hotel.
Check in took a while as they could not find in their big handwritten book the agoda booking. Have small change ready to tip almost everyone in the hotel.
B'fast offering extremely limited. Too local.
Taxi from airport could not locate the hotel had to ask for directions.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
They charge you an arm and a leg for airport drop off. 2x the price to get there from the airport by taxi.

空港出迎えを頼みましたが、いませんでした。電話して確認すると、どうやらドライバーは駐車場で寝ていたようで、
15分くらいして、のんびり歩いてきました。インドだから仕方ありません。
部屋はきれいですし、スタッフはフレンドリーです。タクシーを1日借り上げましたが、しっかりした対応でした。
朝食Buffetの内容がさびしいですが、この値段では文句言えません。
部屋もきれいで、インターネットも速いです。３M位出てました。
