Benyathip T. Couples Thailand, February 24, 2012	people made the difference from ok to excellent. Best feature of the hotel was the staff and its people also the rooms were really good and clean. 9 the staff of the hotel was excellent and really helpful made us feel like at home. although the hotel needs to put in efforts on its breakfast to make it a little more interesting with what it is now. but our over all comment on the hotel is that it is a very nice hotel in terms of service, location, cleanliness and its people. we did not want to check out but we had to because it had no rooms available. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Lotus Temple, India Gate, Qutub minar and Old Fort are very close from this hotel also can go to G.K1 and G.K2 for shopping and to have dinner or lunch.

Shopping Tip: Theres is a lot of big and very nice shopping malls in the area. The staff in the hotel was very helpfull with choosing a mall, and getting a cap to get us there.

Couples United Kingdom, November 24, 2011	Ok if you are looking for somewhere cheap & basic Wifi & Modern TV 4.3 Probably good for business as it has good wifi connection & modern tv with plenty of channels. If you are a non-indian tourist... this is probably not the place for you! Small basic rooms with cockroaches. You have to phone for hot water & then wait 20-30 minutes for it to warm up. The hotel is not walking distance from anywhere so it is not a good location for a tourist and you can't catch a taxi from the street. If you ask them to organise a taxi for you they charge you 4 times the price of what it really should be. This includes airport transfers and local drop offs. Breakfast is basic indian food. There are no good restaurants nearby and the hotel restaurant is not very good & empty all of the time. The youner guy at reception is really nice, friendly & helpful though. Restaurant Tip: Flavors Italian restaurant is about 15mins taxi ride away if you want a break from Indian cuisine.
