the room was acceptable for an overnight stay. price was good. but, it is not an easy drive by taxi. if you do not insist, the taxi must drive almost 6 kms down the freeway before it can exit and turn around to return to the hotel. we paid 184 rupees to go to the hotel and 300 to go to airport. there are hire taxis near hotel for rup. we complained to the driver and he stopped about 300 meters away from the hotel and we walked the rest of the way. the room was decent, air conditioner worked, there was hot water but you had to wait for about 3 minutes for it to turn hot. room was clean. breakfast begins @7am and is sufficient. if you are going to stay in delhi for more than a day, find a hotel in the center.

it is very critical to find the right hotel while staying with a young child. airport htel was a class in that sense and had all facilities available. will be booking this hotel in future.

This was the best hotel we stayed in on or travels its clean and quiet an close to the airport but has its down sides there is nothing to do in the area and it's hard to find our taxi driver had to ask directions

The hotel is not easy to find. The rooms are okay and available for cheap. Best place for stay if you have a flight next day.
Breakfast did not have many options. The guy allowed is to take free printouts. Will use the place again for an overnight stay.

have to request boiler to be switched on
this can take from 10 mins to an hour
and water temp varies from luke warm to hot
some rooms can be noisy depending on the
direction planes are operating from

second tiem i have stayed here as it is so convenient for teh airport. last time there was a complimentary airport drop off but this time they decided to charge me rupees for a 5 minute trip!

main reason to stay there was - the airport. hotel is quite new so it is comfortable enough to stay one or two nights but you are able to see already that in nearfuture it will go down - step by step. the owner do not put resources to maintaining facilities and developing service processes. people do their best but it will be enough only for tomorrow.
breakfast was really poor and cups and plates looked not clean at all- serviceman there seemed to be ill and was sniising and coughing to his hands during those two days we were there; maybe they should take better care for their personal; everybody seemed to be quite tired.
during our stay the pavement of the road front of this hotel was taken totally away and it was quite a ride by car there. i am sure the situation has not changed after that.
anyway i think that this story is very typical in this area and pricelevel. i belive hotel airport city is still a good choise for quick stay for the money you pay.

Simple but clean and friendly

Staff were friendly and tried to help, but there were limits to what they could do. There was no heating in the room (air conditioner was broken) and it was cool (around 7 degrees Celcius outside). Staff said they'd bring a heater but eventually turned up with an extra blanket. Hotel is off the main road which helps reduce noise. The hotel is a bit hard to find, as it's off the main road. Make sure you have the address and phone number.
