Great service, but really tatty...
Excellent location near to the train station, but a bit tired and tatty

i visited this hotel as a recommendation through an agent. it was close to the train station which was useful as my flight landed late and i was due to go to agra very early morning. the hotel in about an hour from the airport in traffic.
fortunately my stay was very short as i was on said late night arrival and early departure. the hotel rooms were quite unclean and very tired and tatty. i actually chose to sleep in my clothes as i was concerned about the cleanliness. the bathroom were also rather grotty, but did at least have really good showers with hot water! very hot and perfect for getting the travel grime off.
the saving grace was the service. the check in staff were very nice and friendly, helping me with my luggage up four flights of stairs (yes, no elevators). i checked in so late that i literally woke them up, but they were more than happy to help. even when there was confusion over whether or not agoda had paid them, they let me go to my room and sorted it out internally rather than keeping me waiting. also, as i was checking out very early, they offered to bring me up some breakfast to my room at 5am (breakfast normally at 7am). it was simple tea and toast, but top marks for making the effort!
overall, great service, but not a very clean pitstop.

Bring a sarong or sleeping bag liner to sleep in.

La habitación estaba limpia y no ruidosa. Podíamos desayunar en la habitación. Desayuno un poco pobre, pero como en el resto de India.
Frigorífico en la habitación.
El primer día que llegamos nos llamó uno a la habitación diciéndonos que bajásemos a terminar el check-in de Agoda, y en verdad era uno de las oficinas de turismo de alrededor que nos intentó timar. Muy mal por el hotel por dejar que nos llamase y que le contase información de nuestros itinerario para intentar timarnos.
Restaurant Tip:
Cerca hay restaurantes que no están mal para comer. También el McDonalds.
