Run down hotel in a very scruffy area
The only redeeming point that the staff were pleasant and helpful

Driving through a run down area you come to this hotel, unless you have to - don't stop but find another place to stay. Reception dim and unappealing, deluxe room right by the lift so very, very noisey, especially as this hotel seemed to cater for large groups of Indian students. Room small, no facilities, no natural light and the most appalling bathroom with limited hot water. Very dicey electrics. Roof-top terrace OK if your into plastic garden furniture, though the food was good. The staff were, however, pleasant and helpful. Nothing to see or anywhere to go around the hotel and you would need a taxi to go anywhere.

The staff is very good . The hotel has a paid beauty saloon for both sexes.This is really an additional advantage come stay and enjoy your stay.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel location is very good it is near to the famous markets of karolbagh also near to railway station. Moreover the reach to airport is also without any traffic jam.
