Friendly hotel, excellent location

i stayed for three days on business and really enjoyed it. the staff are friendly and efficient and always willing to help (they even located and purchased a range of ayurvedic medicine for me to take home for a colleague). delhi isn't cheap for hotels and this hotel is a good compromise.
an adequate breakfast is served in your room.
Restaurant Tip:
They have an associate restaurant two doors away that serves good food if you don't feel like exploring Delhi in the evening, they can also do room service form the same restaurant.

Hotel Bright is an oasis of New Delhi

when we arrived connaught place and see the entrance of the hotel in the first place, we were a bit shocked by the surrounding area to be honest. but when we entered and went up to the inside of the hotel, it was newly innovated, nice and clean (except the old sofa in front of the lobby entrance that we wondered why it was there). the room itself was really clean and everything was excellent, we were impressed.
breakfast was served in the room every morning but it was a little bit disappoint yet acceptable.
staffs are really helpful and friendly, they're the best indians we have met during 10 days of our trip, especially the lady receptionist of the hotel.
well, nothing more to comment. hotel bright is the best and it is as oasis of new delhi.
Restaurant Tip:
York Restaurant at L Block, not far from Hotel Bright at M Block, helped us to survive with delicious taste of Chinese food.

Room was clean. Hotel staff was kind. Receptionist was hospitable. But no restaurant. Breakfast was catered to room. Eating breakfast in room was stressful because room was small.

für die preisklasse ist der service martialisch.
die zentrale lage ist recht gut, zimmer sauber, bad sauber, v.a. fürindische verhältnisse, allerdings konnte ich den ansonsten immerwährenden schimmelgeruch nur durch ständige inbetriebnahme der klimaanlage (die immerhin tadellos lief) eliminieren. nachts mitunter laut, da nebenan eine bar ist, in der auch mal gefeiert wir, sowie permanante kompressorähnliche geräsche. internet lief tadellos!

このサイトを通じて予約をしていたにもかかわらず、フロントにて「満室のためこのホテルよりもbetterなホテルに案内する」と言われました。
よく聞く話ではあったのですが、本当にこんなことがあるのかと驚きました。
だいたいが悪いホテルに連れて行かれるという話でしたので、「もし気に入らなかったら他のホテルに変えてくれるか？」と確認したところ、OKとのことでしたので、とりあえずその代わりのホテルに連れて行ってもらいました。（もちろんTAXIとかばん持ちのボーイはホテル持ち。）
着いたところはコンノートプレイス内の近場のホテルでしたが、ここよりも値段が安く、治安的にも多少不安のあるところでした。
内装は綺麗で、かつBrightホテルと同様にWifi無料などもついていたため、そこでOKとして泊まりました。
次の日の朝、Brightホテルから電話があり、ホテルはどうだ？問題はないか？など確認してくれました。
その電話にて、チェックアウト後に飛行機の時間まで荷物を預かってほしいというと、車で荷物をBrightホテルまで運んでくれて、またそこから空港までタクシーを予約してくれました。
空港への出発前にはオーナーから直々の謝罪があり、またチャイもごちそうになり、よい対応をしていただきましたが、それだけにこのホテルに泊まれなかったことが残念です。

Hyvä sijainti ja ystävällinen palvelu
Hyvin siisti, joskin pienehkö huone. Ystävällinen palvelu. Hinta-laatu suhde kohdallaan. Sopi oikein hyvin muutaman yön majoittumista varten ja koska huoneessa vietettiin aikaa lähinnä öisin, ei ikkunan puuttuminen pahemmin haitannut. Langaton nettiyhteys.

Pieni, edullinen ja hyvin palveleva hotelli. Aulan ulkonäkö pettää, hotellista löytyi erittäin siisti huone. Aamiaistarjoilu oli huoneisiin, joten muita asukkaita ei juuri näkynyt. Langaton verkko toimi hyvin. Hieman meluisa, koska seinät ohuet ja käytävän metelit kuuluivat hyvin huoneisiin.

位置服務一流的酒店
房間很大，乾淨，早餐是room service，很多種可以選擇，位置很不錯，晚上可以到附近走走，離club跟pub很近。

基本上酒店的服務人員很親切，第一天時因為我們半夜才到，櫃台人員的態度我覺得沒有很好， 之後幾天都很親切，浴室沒有提供牙刷跟牙膏，要自己索取，接機服務有點小貴，建議從機場叫計程車應該會較便宜，有詢問一般計程車司機是約600RS。插座因規格問題有點鬆，建議自己帶延長線或轉接插頭會較牢固。
Nightlife Tip:
旁邊有兩家pub餐廳，可就近用餐滿方便的，各國料理都有。
