Solo travelers United Kingdom, December 31, 2012	Give this hotel a miss Bed bugs, wifi does not work 3 this hotel was not a good choice; the cleanliness was very much wanting. the first delux room i was given had bed bugs crawling all over the mattress. i was swapped over to another room the next day which was better, but the service and cleanliness of the hotel was a shamble. on the reception had other customers complaining about the lack of cleanliness even though the hotel is aware ahead of time about the bookings. Specially restaurant serving Indian, Chinese and continental cuisine, including coffee shop located on rooftop alongwith 24 hours room service. Our roof top is ideal for buffet breakfast ,lunch and dinner for groups and of course for the in-house guests , private parties. Kitty parties with fresh air and sun light and cool lighting after the sunset.
