They provided us with a triple room rather than a family room, the staff at the receptionist were not very friendly as well. I think the fact that we paid for a family room but was given something else should have just summed it up for other travellers if they want to stay at this place.

The shower doesn't work well in all rooms, so you will have to use the bucket and scoop to shower. They switch off the water heater regularly, you'll have to go downstairs to ask them to switch it on and you'll have to wait another 30 minutes before you can have a hot shower. All in all, a bad experience, not value for money.

We were there as a group of 5 and we had 2 rooms but through the different days that we were there, we were moved around rooms. The rooms have a specific smell to them and the shower is horrible. Not recommended!

On the right track

Really nice stay at this hotel. It's not 100% finished yet, but the remaining construction does not really affect your stay. The rooms are nicely furnished, the bathrooms are modern and clean, and it is very centrally located. The staff are very helpful, although because the hotel is new they are not quite on top of everything yet (but they try very hard, which makes up for it - particularly compared to standards elsewhere). Best to stay here when rates are discounted.
Only major downfall is breakfast, which is exceedingly average. Order Indian breakfast to your room instead of enduring the hopeless buffet upstairs.

Good location and hotel staff very friendly.
Hotel provided a reasonable price for car rental.

We like walking to the bazaar therefore this location its good. When we stay more night we get familiar with the staff and they become very helpful. The braekfast is not good, we have to eat out sometimes. For the clenliness, it's fine for India standard but needs to be improve for international tourist.
Shopping Tip:
Paharganj main bazar is a good choice, not far from hotel.

Buen hotel en las cercanías de la New Delhi Railway Station. Recomendable si uno quiere estar cerca de la estación, sin embargo el barrio es sucio y degradado

Solo estuvimos unas horas entre la llegada del aeropuerto, que solo nos tomó unos 30 minutos, y nuestra partida hacia Agra, temprano por la mañana. El hotel está bien equipado, cómodo, las habitaciones son confortables, el personal muy cordial. Solo aclararía que la zona está llena de otros hoteles, y es muy transitada.

A muy pocos metros de la estación central de trenes.....

kebetulan kami tidak terlalu lama tinggal dihotel ini karena saya sampai jam 12 malam dan jam 4 pagi sudah check out dikarenakan menguber kereta ke agra kebetulan sangat dekat dengan hotel tersebut..well menurut kami hotel masih kelihatan bagus (new), bersih, dan untuk tipe kamar suite cukup luas..cuma ada sedikit kecewanya pas diantar kekamar kami dikasih kamar yg kecil dan kami sempat komplaint karena sewaktu book hotel kami sudah melihat tipe kamar dengan 2 ranjang besar tetapi dikasih hanya 1 ranjang..setelah saya komplain baru petugas hotel mengganti kamar kami dengan kamar yg lebih besar dengan 2 ranjang besar
