Clean, good breakfast and it is near the monorail.

We were comfortable with our stay in the hotel it was clean and had a beautiful interior and served good breakfast the only drawback was the surrondings. It was located at back of an alley a police jeep was station 24 by 7 outside the hotel. That gave us some added security and comfort,

i stayed here for 10 days and it was perfect. i stayed other two 3-star hotels which relatively cheaper than here as well, but this hotel is much better than them. so i can say here is worth paying a little bit more money and get perfect condition. the difference is simply cleanness and whether you can use hot water anytime comfortably and attitude of staff. i really do not like indian people often asking tip, but there was no such behavior in this hotel.
i felt this hotel was perfect shelter even it is located in the crowded, noisy and somehow attractive paharganji area.

Value for Money!
Convenient location (near Connaught Place, New Delhi Station, Main Bazzar), Free Wifi, Staff are very accomodating
9.7
i and my husband had a pleasant stay with hotel le roi. this hotel is located in main bazzar which is not a clean area, but for us, it was perfect as we prefer to see the "real india" experience and main bazzar is right place to be. in fact, main bazzar is one of the tourist attractions, so i did not feel so unsafe walking around there either.
hotel le roi is new and very clean and it made us feel like an oasis in main bazzar. rooms are clean and spacious. there is free wifi as well.
what we were most satisfied with was helpful staff. we arrived in the morning after long train ride from varanasi and we wanted to take a shower right away. although house keeping for our preferred room upstairs was not ready at that time, the hotel staff let us use another room for only taking shower!
i strongly recommend this place for those who don't mind staying a little dusty but very vibrant neighborhood in delhi.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hot water is not coming out right away. So the tip is to turn on the shower and wait for 20 minutes before you start taking a shower.

Good location for Main Bazaar

Generally the staff were nice, except for a couple on the front desk who were unfriendly and rude, the rooms were OK, the water was never really hot and the pressure was poor, overpriced for the area, I wouldn't stay in that area again

great location to train station
Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast for a small hotel
8
Hotel Le Roi was very well-located to the New Delhi train station. We selected a Deluxe Double over the period 1/13/2012 - 1/14/2012 at a cost of AUD$54.25 (plus taxes). We asked for a non-smoking room and were allocated it as desired. The staff were friendly and professional and, most importantly for India, the rooms were clean. Sadly, we asked for a quiet room but were allocated a room at the front of the hotel which was extremely noisy throughout the night. Nevertheless, it was one of the better budget hotels we stayed at whilst in India. The breakfast was very good for a small hotel with a decent range of selections.

The hotel was great
Clean, close to Metro, great breakfast, staff was friendly
8.3
The hotel was a fantastic place to relax after a crazy day in Delhi.
Restaurant Tip:
The Green Chilli is just down the street. It's a great place to grab a quick bite. And there is an ATM across the street in case you run out of money.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed at ever
2.3
To start with the hotel is located in Pahar Ganj which is one of the worst areas of Delhi. The street in front of the hotel is dirty and overcrowded and noisy. You won't get any sleep as the rooms aren't noise proof. The plumbing in my bathroom was a nightmare. The sink leaked, so by the time I finish washing up, my feet are wet. The shower didn't drain. So after my shower the entire bathroom floor was flooded and on a couple of days the water had started seeping into room also. Don't eat the food in this hotel. We ordered mineral mater bottles and the water tasted like the tap water - so I suspect they may have refilled the bottles - which defeats the entire purpose drinking bottled water in India. My room key kept getting reset, so every time I came back in the evening I had to go to reception and get key reset. The wireless Internet is also a mess and I had a lot of trouble with it. You have to get a password sheet every day, and sometimes that doesn't work and you have to go back and get a new one. I actually had real trouble meeting some deadlines because of this and was forced to use the business centre downstairs once. However, the worst aspect of this hotel is how they treat female guests.

Decent hotel located in a very busy road
Close to the metro, free wifi (need to get password from the reception everyday though), supermarkets closeby.
7.3
Difficult to find in the first place (my taxi driver spent 45 minutes) locating it! But it's an OK location afterall. The hotel is OK in general, nothing fancy. Hot shower was available during my stay, which was nice. No complimentary mineral water, but there are supermarkets closeby.
The only upsetting incident was the reception staff refused to call a taxi to take me to the Airport Express station. They just asked me to get an auto myself (with luggages at night). [They were happy to arrange a taxi for me to get to the airport only - hotel-related business!!!]
