Convenient location, nice staff, good breakfast extrimly disappointing housekeeping

I stayed there before and noticed a careless and poor maintenance: walls dirty in public spaces end in my room, floors dusty and dirty and bathroom fluded after all showers.
Very poor managing of housekeeping makes this Hotel unsuitable
for international standards. Rooms and bathrooms are pleasently
decorated and staff is nice but I will not choose this Hotel
any more. I stayed 3 more nights at Vikram Hotel and for a very
small difference in price, a huge difference in level of all
services. Thank you.

good location smart rooms
location is good in south delhi.

the hotel is located in defence colony in south delhi, the happening markets of south extention and defence colony markets are approximately one kilometer from the hotel, the hotel is neat and clean but is in a residential complex, where bunglows are there, the rooms are neat and clean and staff couteous, overall for a business traveller it is a decent hotel.

In proximity to lajpat nagar, Parkland hotel defence colony is situated in the heart of south delhi , very near south extention ,no market is very near by , you have to go at least 1 km for happening markets like south ex, defence colony & ansals shopping arcade, the rooms are clean and it is a small but cozy hotel with basic amenities.
Travel tip:
the hotel is suitable for business travellers as it is a business hotel, being in south Delhi it is accessible to all main business centres in delhi like Nehru place, India Gate ,connaught Place. the happening bars & pubs are also near by in south extention & defence colony.it is overall a nice hotel
