Kindly take noted they have 3 different hotel, when we book that iris hotel is not that address, they said hotel is full, so they took us to another hotel, lucky I get the second hotel name card from the rep., but on the name card they have address was different address we're stay, when we bk to hotel very late night was scary co. the hotel outlook is different, than I explain to the rep. we need to go bk the hotel not look like this, take us 15min to explain, after come another staff she said may be another one, luckly only 10mins walking distance, but at that moment a bit scary dun know where he will go. The Hotel is ok, over all is clean but the staff not really good, I ask them give me a new bath tower, waiting for 45 min after they give us is wet tower, you know that feel like just pick up from somewhere they told me was not dry,and they didn't come to my room change the bed.

Travel tip: This is the good experience co. next time must check with them even got the name, ask them isn't it the same address on the name card.
