Great location but not courteous staff

the staff( especially the reception) was not courteous at all. when they were asked about sending a pick-up car to the airport( which we had written as special instruction on agoda) they acted as of they heard those words for the first time in their life! the breakfast, especially the south indian dishes were very good. room was good, location of the hotel was fantastic- close to lajpat nagar market and the metro station.
