I am a fan of the Radisson Blu chain especially when traveling in India. Although the room was very nice and the property in general was up to standards, I was disappointed in the staff. They told me I was unable to get a taxi outside and strongly recommended I take their service. I tried for myself and found I could easily get one and that it was 3 times cheaper. I felt very cheated by this.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't believe them when they tell you that is very difficult to get a taxi to the airport. They told me this but I did not listen. I ended up getting a taxi very easily and it was 3 times cheaper versus what they tried to charge me.

The hotel is not in keeping with the expectations from a 5 star. First of All when i inter to the room I found welcome card with the name of another person? The rooms were ordinary and regular, not the luxury look ... the bathroom was as usual as the one at home. not a 5 star bathroom i went to take a shower & nob comes in my hand, after call to house keeping it takes 1 hour to come ( I was in rush for my business meting ) any way after changing room another surprise that there was laundry from other costumer , hhahahahah FIVE STAR HOTEL ???
The restaurant of hotel is not value for money, for the price u pay’s am member of Prestige club & on the agreement condition is written that you will get 20% discount on the food bill but they say that is not valid in Noida ??? hahahaha FIVE STAR HOTEL ???
