A very poor excuse for a hotel

After a long flight from australia I was confronted by a very rude person at checkin who couldn't find my booking which was very surprising when you consider they had a hotel car to pick me up from the airport.!!
Although I had booked and paid for an executive suite for two people[ it was just me and my daughter travelling] they still wanted to charge me extra for a rollout bed for my 8 year old daughter.
The bathroom was dirty with hairs on the floor in the shower and hand basin...
The suite while well furnished was very small and had a rather horrible smell.
I complained to the manager regarding several issues and I was confronted with a rude and defensive attitude..

Stayed in Radisson when I visited Delhi for a business trip. The hotel location is excellent, as it is next to shopping malls offering several choices of restaurants and cafes.
the hotel gym is fantastic with new equipment and friendly staff. it certainly made my workout an enjoyable one!

Extremely comfortable stay with nice big clean rooms. Housekeeping at its best . Required all amenities there ,and bathrooms also nicely big.Food in restaurants awesome and pastry shop has nice goodies too. Safe location and proximity to big two malls also make Raddison one best hotel.

In the midst of a building site with high crime

the hotel looks impressive on their website, but fails to say that it's on a building site (i guess in time it will improve). the pool looks good but is actually very small. whilst hotel staff tried hard to provide a service, the cleanliness of the hotel was not too good and the rooms could do with a refurbishment. the red restaurant was very overpriced and we were not offered the a la carte...only the set menu. glas we stayed one night only

This is my first stay here. Overall great experience. Helpful getting me the info i needed and also had items of need brought to my room. Overall friendly staff makes for a very pleasant stay. I will choose to stay here again.

Entfernung zu Delhi Zentrum beachten bei Toristenaufenthalt.

Restaurants in wenigen Minuten Entfernung.
Einkaufszentrum mit Restaurants direkt hinter dem Hotel.

整體尚可，不論環境設備，服務員可以英語對答，唯一不滿是預訂房間時已說明要吸煙房間，另外再用電郵通知酒店確認，但到達酒店辦理入住時，服務員竟說沒有收到此要求，還要本人說出什麼日期，時間電郵給他們，當本人拿出電郵資料給他們看時，他們竟說已沒有吸煙房間，只好入住非吸煙房間，帶來少許不便，其他尚可。
